HEMP PESTO SAUCE
1 bunch Basil
3 cloves of Garlic
1 cup hemp oil(or 1/2 olive and hemp oil)
3 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
salt & pepper to taste
Blend together.
These amounts can be varied according to your own taste. Experiment and enjoy

HEMP NUT BUTTER

1 cup toasted hulled hemp seeds
1 tsp salt (optional)
1/4 cup Hemp oil
1/4 cup water
Blend together
(add honey or maple syrup if sweet butter is required)

Hemp Oil
Lemon or Lime juice
Mustard and Honey or Tahini

Hemp Oil
Molkosan (Vogel available from health shops)
Tamari and maple syrup

Hemp oil and Balsamic Vinegar, great for dunking bread

Use any combination its fun to experiment with flavours

HEMP ICE
1 cup hulled hemp seeds
1 1/2 cups fruit juice or water
1 tbsp hemp oil
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
flavour with fruit, chocolate or vanilla
Pour into a bowl over boiling water until mixture thickens stirring all the time.
cool and either put into ice cream maker or freezer.
In the freezer you will have to beat it 3 or 4 times to break up the ice crystals

Mash up your avocado with hemp oil Yummy
Add hulled hemp seeds to plain yoghurt with honey if you like, great for kids as well.
Make up a mix for breakfast.
1 handful of each of the following
Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, hulled hemp seeds, almonds. use on all cereals. A great way to start the day.
Also sprinkle mix over salads.

Usr Hemp Flour in your baking by mixing 25% of the flour content

Remember all hemp is Gluten Free
